The embassy attends to passports, visas, birth registries and other situations involving paperwork, documents and emergencies for Cuban citizens and those traveling to Cuba who may need a visa.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am to 12pm

Passports: Tuesday and Thursdays 4:30pm to 5:30pm

Phone Consults: Monday and Wednesday 3pm to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 3pm to 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am to 1pm.

*Outside of these hours, only extenuating circumstances/emergencies will be tended to and the cost of services is doubled.
